CNCB Academy of science and technology is affiliated to Utkal University and offers the undergraduate program in Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science and Mathematics. We are recognized by Director of higher education, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide permission order no- 7861/RDE 2017 and recognition order number 1854.

Fee structure:

Per semester: Rs. 25,000.00

( Course fee, Tution, Library, Research, Personality development, Sports and Redcross fees)

Admission Process:

How to apply online

The applicant shall register her/himself in the portal before applying to the online CAF. Applicants need to follow the below-mentioned processes to register in the SAMS portal.

4.3.1 Registration Process

Step-1: Go to SAMS website https://www.samsodisha.gov.in/

Step-2: Click on the Degree (+3) link available under the Higher Education option.

Step-3: Click on the "New Student Registration" button.

Step-4: Enter the Name of the Student, Mobile Number, and mail id in the box provided.

Step-5: Click on the "Generate OTP" button.

Step-6: A six-digit OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided, which will be valid for 5 minutes.

Step-7: Then enter the OTP number in the box showing on the computer screen.

Step-8: Create your own password and reconfirm the same in the box showing on the computer screen.

Step-9: Password must have at least one Upper Case, Lower Case, Digit, and Special Character in it e.g. Abcd@1234.

After registration on the SAMS website (www.samsodisha.gov.in), an e- Space will be created for that particular applicant in the SAMS application software. In order to login into the applicant’s e-Space, click on the "Existing Student Login" using the user name (mobile number) and password created during online registration. Following links will be available for the applicant during the application stage;

● Intimation Letter
● Admission Schedule
● Online Payment (CAF)

NOTE: Use the ‘TAB’ Key on the keyboard to move from one box to the next one of CAF. Wherever any box has a ‘Select Field’, you have to click on ‘Select’ and you will get a list of data relating to that field. You have to click on the ‘Data field’ relevant to you and then move to the next field. For Example, for the ‘State’ box, once you click on ‘Select’ in the box, the list of states will be displayed. You have to move the ‘Mouse / Curser’ to your state, say ‘Odisha’, and click on the same to fill in the box.

Keep the following documents handy for your reference at the time of filling the CAF:

● Original High School Certificate (HSC/CBSE/ICSE/Any other Board for verification of date of birth)
● Original Higher Secondary (+2) Mark Sheets-cum-Provisional Certificate (or Equivalent Board)
● Original Schedule Tribe/ Schedule Caste Certificate containing Barcode
● Original Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate Containing Barcode
● Original Ex-Serviceman Certificate (ESM)
● Original Service Defense Personnel Certificate (SDP)
● Original Children of Martyrs Certificate (CoM)
● Original NCC “B” Certificate
● Original NSS Certificate
● Original Sports Certificate
● Bank Passbook (For Account Number/ IFSC Code / Bank Name / Branch Name)

Support and Mentorship Program

The Bapu Vigyan Bikash foundation is a not for profit organization. One of the objectives of the trust, is to provide quality education and mentorship for rural financially weak students.

Under Bapu Vigyan Bikash foundation, we have started an educational institution CNCB Academy of science & technology in the year 2017. Through this institution, we extend our support and mentorship program for research based science education in degree level, mainly to rural students. This is an unique integrated program to set up a bright future with endless possibility for students. Here, we support students including financially weak students as much as possible in creating a better future for them by developing their personality and skills, thereby making them employable job seekers or entrepreneurs.

As we have very limited financial capabilities, compared to the number of needy students, we are looking for passionate helping hands, who can be mentors cum sponsors for these financially weak students as a goodwill social gesture and self satisfaction.
